Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original condition
Unworn or unused
With tags attached
In its original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary goods
Gift cards
Sale items (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
